Dr. Ballard and his staff put me at ease and did an excellent, pain-free root canal for me. I am so thankful my dentist referred me to him. He was professional and personal.

Horrific experience from start to finish. I wound up choosing to have someone else finish the root canal simply because I refused to let him do any further work. I've never met anyone who seemed to have so little regard for his patients. I'm glad his nurse was proactive for me, but she should never have had to be. There is absolutely no way that I could recommend this endodontist to anyone after my experiences there.
