My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Jain and the entire staff. Being an OB nurse, I had several professional and many personal opinions from different doctors over three years but never felt like the true issues were being addressed. From our first appointment with Dr Jain, I knew we were in the best hands and a personalized plan was made from day one. I never felt like another number, it was never about money, and he never made us feel like we needed to fit the 'infertility mold' for my age as had been previously recommended. Our care was exceptionally well designed around a previously missed diagnosis, accurate lab work and up to date testing/protocols. The plan was always fluid, adjusted as needed, and I was always well informed through each step. Dr Jain was available to talk, answer questions, same day appointments etc and he always gave us honest and real answers without being condescending or sugar coating the process. It is very obvious that he and the entire office love their jobs as well as truly work for improved processes and successful outcomes rather than only wanting to look good on paper. We are incredibly thankful to have our IVF twins and will be back for more babies in the future :)

My husband and I found Reproductive Gynecology after a lot of research, and four years of trying to get pregnant t on our own. Seeking out help for infertility is something that no couple ever wants to go through, but Dr. Jain immediately put us at ease. From scheduling appointments, to Dr. Jain's punctuality, Dr. Jain and the staff at RGI Westerville were amazing! After our first IUI was unsuccessful, we chose to try a second time, and were successful!! I am currently 10 weeks pregnant, which would have been impossible without Dr. Jain! I would recommend Dr. Jain, and this practice, to anyone!

I had 3 children naturally, however, I lost my 3rd child at age 11 months in September of 2013. My husband and I decided we wanted another child. But long story short, after a postpartum hemorrage 3 weeks after the delivery of my 3rd child, I developed something known as Asherman's Syndrome. There are varying degrees, but mine was 100% scarred shut. I think the word obliterated was used to describe my uterus. I was referred to Dr. Jain at RGI from my OB in March of 2014. And boy am I thankful I was. He took on my case, which seemed bleak, with compassion and proactivity. I appreciated his attention to detail and his extreme thoroughness. He went above and beyond. I came with a lot of questions and thoughts, which he never seemed to tire of or push aside. I came armed with information about what I thought was going on from my own research. He listened. From our first consult to my first surgery was just a few weeks. We never wasted a cycle. After 13 months, 5 hysteroscopies, HSG's etc....I got pregnant naturally! I am currently 14.5 weeks pregnant and everything looks wonderful. I thought it might be worth taking the time to write a review and shed light on another aspect of infertility. Mine was a unique case which took a highly skilled surgeon to repair. So beyond the endocrinology and embryology side of things, he is an excellent surgeon. I owe my fertility to him and of course our Heavenly Father who heard and answered our prayers. Thank you Dr. Jain!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer back in May 2014 at the age of 26. Everything happened so fast in the beginning, and in the midst of the craziness, I was told chemo could make me infertile. Being 26 and always wanting kids, I was devastated. The first doctor I saw was so awkward and unprofessional. Thank god a friend recommended Dr. Jain!! He was God sent!! The most caring doctor I have met yet (and trust me I have met a lot)! He gave my fiancé and I hope and was very personable. He even went out of his way to write a letter to my insurance company to try to get us more funds. He is so passionate at what he does and you can really tell he loves his job and bringing hope to people like myself who are going through trying times. He even contacted me a few times to see how I was doing with my treatments. Thanks to Dr.Jain, we have 9 embryos and hopefully tons of babies in the future :)

Dr Jain was extremely unprofessional, rude, had no compassion, and crossed the line as a medical professional (or any position for that matter). Having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, I was having a consultation with Dr Jain, and will not be returning. He used phrases like "if you survive this..." "does your boyfriend love you, or is it just because of your diagnosis?" "does your boyfriend tell you he loves you?" I left the office sobbing, and thankfully had already had a second opinion scheduled elsewhere. I will not be returning, and no one should have to be treated like this, in an office (or anywhere) that handles patients under such strenuous circumstances.

I feel that Dr. Jain is extremely knowledgeable and he has always been more than happy to answer my questions. I have never felt that I was inconveniencing him and I have never felt rushed during my appointments. In fact, my husband had moral issues with doing certain fertility treatments, and I asked Dr. Jain if he would mind talking to him. We set up a morning appointment, and Dr. Jain sat and talked with us for over half an hour. I know that he is extremely busy because every time I go in, he is booked full with patients. So for him to take that amount of time to simply talk to my husband about his concerns really showed that he is a very caring individual. I would recommend Dr. Jain to anyone. He is the 2nd fertility doctor I have seen, and the first was the polar opposite of him...not a nice person at all, and I know she would have never shown my husband the patience, courtesy and understanding that Dr. Jain showed. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get pregnant because my husband and I decided not to do insemination or IVF, but regardless, I know that I'm in the best hands.

Dr. Jain is an intelligent and capable doctor and I saw him many times over 6 months. However, I had several issues with him and the practice which caused me to finally seek a second opinion elsewhere.

First, I feel I was not listened to. When we went to RGI, I had already done 4 rounds of Clomid which were unsuccessful, and by OB sent me to Dr. Jain for injectables. Dr. Jain instead recommended 4 more rounds of Clomid, which I went along with but voiced my concerns that it had not caused ovulation in the past. Needless to say, it did not work any better when he prescribed it.

Second, I feel I was looked down upon (just by Dr. Jain - his staff was always lovely). I work 60+ hours a week at a night shift job, so I am not always able to return phone calls promptly (but it's always the same day), and he seemed annoyed by that. Also, I feel that he looked down upon me for my weight. I am 5'11", 280 lbs, BMI 39, so I am most definitely obese, but not (by definition) morbidly so. My weight is complicated by hypothyroidism and PCOS. I am currently eating well, exercising, and losing weight at a healthy rate (30 lbs so far), but Dr. Jain suggested I stop treatment and get a lab band so my periods would start on my own. I found this preposterous because, first of all, I would have to GAIN 30 lbs to even qualify for lap band surgery, and second, two years ago I lost 70 lbs, reducing my weight by 25%, and my period still did not return on its own. I voiced my dissent for these reasons, and he continued to suggest weight loss as if it would fix everything. The final straw was after my first round of injectables (which took 6 months for him to prescribe), when I finally ovulated but on the side where my tube is blocked (I have one good tube). At that point he stated he didn't think I should "waste [my] money" anymore and instead focus my time and energy on losing weight. He then stated if "it's meant to happen, it will" (regarding pregnancy), which made no sense to me coming from a RE.

I also had several minor problems with Dr. Jain. He answered phone calls during consultations and procedures. He always rushed in and out of the exam room, to the point where my questions seemed to inconvenience him. I also never felt like he really cared too much about whether or not I got pregnant. Perhaps thinner patients will have better luck.

I love and miss Dr.Jaine and staff. I had my first IVF cycle here and he was excellent. He did all my ultrasound and procedures himself. He was gentle ,professional and supportive . Although my cycle failed I am very confident that if we didn't move out of state he would have given us a positive pregnancy. All he wants is for all his patients to be happy and unlucky for him some cases aren't so simple. This team is great and you have no need to look anywhere else !! Only advice , make friends with the IVF coordinator she is a blessing :)

Love Dr Jain and the whole staff there. I always feel like they care. Dr Jain is knowledgable, makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel rushed. I've never been there where I've had to wait more than 20 minutes for him.
