Dr. Kim is a very knowledgeable doctor. I did my research and learned that he is both board certified in ENT and plastics. Since he was performing surgery on me, I wanted to go with the doctor with the most education and practice in various areas. Dr. Kim took the time to get to learn my medical history and answer all my questions. Surgery went well.

The whole practice exists to just rip you off. That's how they're surviving. The entire nurse staff just post positive reviews to get patients.
Use CA Department of Insurance online site to file a complaint if your insurance provider can't help you in billing.

It was the first time I visit Dr. Kim, and for sure it will be the last time either. He cares only making money out of my visit and spent only a couple of minutes saying he will order medicine then run away without explanations. The worst doctor I had ever visited.

Dr Kim did neck surgery on my boyfriend. He was very thorough and caring.
Took time to answer all of our questions. And we asked a lot of questions.
Would recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent surgeon.

Found Dr. Kim on the internet looking for an ENT doc in the Orange County area. So happy I found him because he is friendly, does not have doctor "I am GOD" complex, and took his time to answer all my questions. Had tonsillectomy by him a month ago and everything went very smoothly. Going through any surgery is sooooo scary but I'm very happy to have found a competent and nice doctor.

Absolutely the best doctor!
