Dr. Fox is a very efficient doctor. She diagnosed my problem and helps me to control it over the past 2 years.

Worst front office staff..Very unprofessional and unfriendly. We decided to go with a different doctor

spent well over $600 on office visits and prescriptions with this doctor/practice and did not get any results for cronic sinusitis. It did not seem as if this doctor really had any concern beyond giving out prescriptions. After trying several nasal sprays and antibiotics with no progress I got the distinct impression that there was nothing else the doctor wanted to do. I pointedly asked for the endoscope exam to see if it was nasal or sinus problem. But doctor had no interest in doing this. I did not press my case further. Office staff was extemely rude (to me at least) almost to the point of acting irritated with me. I was a Medicare patient, so maybe that was the cause. I told them this over the phone before ever coming in to the office. Maybe it was me personally they did not like. I smiled every time I dealt with them. Don't know what else I could do other than go to another practice, which I did. I suppose they have enough patients to act this way.
