This doctor is very unsympathetic not very helpful considering his practice is to help mentally ill people or people battling addictions. His staff is the worst!!!! His nurse takes up personal vendettas and won't call in the prescriptions or give the doctor your messages. Once Dr. VANDERPOOL went out of town for 2 weeks and no one notified his patients and it was a mess not to mention lots of people stuck without meds until every thing was sorted out. In my circumstance I had to go to the ER to get my meds and pay out of pocket.. **BEWARE**
