Dr. Day is a nice and caring doctor. In my situation, however, several mistakes were made and they were never corrected. (I basically paid for the errors by paying and still not having correct eyewear). It is important to be able to see correctly out of your eyewear. If a patient states that the eyewear is causing them concerns, it is not a good practice to keep having the patient wait to see if the eyewear will eventually work. In addition, staff were suppose to call me with order information and they never did.

Dr. Day is the only OD that I have actually gone to (and I have gone to a lot) that has a good bedside manner AND knowledge. He truly cares about his patients well-being. I highly recommend him if you have a eye condition that requires more treatment than is provided at your volume optical places.
