Over an hour late, could see him wondering around in the area, with little concern for me waiting. Came in, introduced himself, asked about my problem, started to explain, cut me off short like I was wasting his time. Following the procedure, again a quick comment, went to ask him a question and was cut off as if I was interrupting his busy schedule. I found out my diagnosis from the order sheet on my way home. I felt I could have gotten better service from a dust mop standing in the corner.
