Dr. Kim is an excellent physician who is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family.

I visited Dr. Kim for very mild tinnitus (ringing in my ears). He decided I needed a hearing test and began to remove earwax from my ears with a vacuum device. This device was applied to my ear and promptly produced a sound equivalent to a gunshot or thunderclap in my ear. I immediately reacted and he appeared startled. The loud sound (loud bang) immediately produced a feeling of trauma in my inner ear. He finished "cleaning" my ear canal manually with a scraping device and sent me to the audio testing room. As I proceeded to the room I noticed that my tinnitus was now much worse. The results of the hearing test were not made clear to me. On the way out of the office Dr. Kim handed me 2 sheets of paper which referred me to a website for Tinnitus information. Now my Tinnitus continues much worse than it was before I saw him, and the feeling of trauma in the ear is still present.
