Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I was very disappointed by the indifferent attitude of the staff when I called asking for information about my condition. I was never able reach a staff member directly. I had to leave a voice mail, including detailed private information and wait for someone to call me back. After several hours, and much persistence on my part, I finally spoke to two staff members, both of whom said they would call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! I was never allowed to speak to Dr. Casey. I was told that if I had a question of Dr. Casey, I could make an appointment and come see him in person. Wow!
