We just completed treatment with Dr. Sileo for our daughter. We are very pleased with the progress our daughter has made with the help of Dr. Sileo. He is a caring, attentive, and engaging therapist. He knows how to relate to both kids and adults. He quickly established a nice relationship with our daughter and with us. He met with us regularly to discuss parenting concerns. He taught us things in plain, simple language. He is an active listener who is very involved in the sessions. He saw my daughter through Zoom and was able to engage my daughter and work toward goals in therapy. We found Dr. Sileo to be completely professional, on top of things and knowledgeable about many mental health and parenting concerns. The pandemic continues to be challenging but we are relieved to have had Dr. Sileo help us navigate some difficult times.

Dr. Frank tends to fall asleep during sessions. Always worried about getting payment, God forbid you forget your checkbook. Big ego...not helpful but buy his book...

Dr. Sileo has been a huge asset to me in managing my depression and anxiety. He always listens when I am expressing myself, never interrupting. He offers extremely helpful advise and techniques in dealing with my issues. The resources he offers are very helpful. He's got a great sense of humor and is very "down to earth". He's very intelligent and can deal with a myriad of issues or topics that you may need or want to discuss. I'm not surprised that he has been voted as one of NJ's top Kid's Docs for the past several years. He's one of the best!

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Frank for three months now. He has Asperger's and other behavioral problems. My husband and I are more than pleased with Dr. Frank treating our son. He is very knowledgeable about child psychology and parenting issues. I had little understanding of Aspergers and Dr. Frank made us feel less anxious about what we were facing. He spends time with my son working on social skills and sees us every week to discus parenting concerns. We find Dr. Frank to be a very down to earth doctor. He is always warm in greeting us and my son. He can be funny and my son enjoys his time with Dr. Frank. We are now having better play dates and interactions with his sister. He always returns phone calls quickly and he never rushes me off the phone. He is very easy to talk to. I have a lot of respect for him and recommend him.

Dr. Sileo is extremely professional, caring and helpful. He returns phone calls promptly and is always on time for appointments. He provides a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for therapy. He always listens to what you have to say and is very kind and understanding. He's very intelligent and is always able to offer solutions to your problems. He treats his patients with dignity and respect. He works well with children, teens and adults alike. He is the author of several childrens' books that are not only helpful to children, but to their parents as well. He also speaks to various groups about such topics as bullying, chronic illness and other issues that we all face these days. His seninars are informative, helpful and fun. He relates well to people on an individual basis as well as presenting himself to a group of people attending his seminars. Dr. Sileo has been extremely helpful to my family and myself through the difficult times that we have faced.

I bring my 11 yo daughter to Dr. Sileo for severe anxiety. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my pediatrician referred me. He returned my call within 24 hrs. He spent time over the phone explaining therapy and what tools he would be using. From my phone call with him, he calmed my nerves about therapy. He was warm and accepting to me. When I brought my daughter to his office, he put her at ease. He is a bright, empathic and knowledgeable doctor. My daughter is doing so much better. Dr. Sileo’s approach has made my daughter significantly less anxious, she is willing to try things and she is eating and sleeping. My husband and I have our bed back! He works very closely with my husband and I. He gives us the skills he is teaching our daughter so that we can help her at home. His sessions are not about blame but of help and acceptance of ourselves. We love his therapy dog Ozzie which also helps my daughter open up and feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I recently attended a stress management workshop given by Dr. Sileo at my doctor’s office. As a speaker, he was incredibly dynamic, funny, understandable and personable. The techniques he gave us I am still using today. There was one woman in the class who kept on challenging Dr. Sileo with questions and problems. Dr. Sileo handled this woman with such professionalism, respect and kindness. After the talk I decided to call Dr. Sileo for his services. I have been seeing him for my depression and I love his here and now, problem solving approach. He doesn’t focus on the past but on what is going now and how to move positively into the future. I have never been in therapy before and was doubtful it could be of help. My sessions with Dr. Sileo has made me a believer. He is a huge support in my life and my problems are getting better every week. Therapy is work but I feel like he is there for me. He is a great listener and a genuinely caring human being.

Dr. Sileo is extremely talented in his field. He is very knowledgable in many aspects of psychiatry and life in genereal. He is very kind and professional. He is not afraid to give his opinion and to offer solutions to whatever problems you are experiencing. He has a great ability to take your input, however scattered your thoughts may be, and summarize the issues back to you in a manner that really makes sense. He is then able to help you seek solutions to your problems. He has a great sense of humor and is very "down to earth". He is able to intereact with children, teens and adults in a manner appropriate for each. I highly recommend him.
