She's a total insult to the health care setting. No compassion and has ridiculous health fees. She only cares about the money and not the patient. Not a good Dr. at all.

I have been a patient of Dr Zalin for a long time. I saw several Chiropractors but I never got the results I wanted until I went to Doctor Z. She has gotten the results time and time again and I recommend her highly. These people that complain about "thousand of dollars" and umpteen visits, etc are a joke. If it was so bad, why did you have so many visits? If it was so bad, why didn't you stop right away? The answer is because at heart you are complainers and sour people. What a pity. Everybody, you are not going to find a doctor who cares more about you and your well being than Dr Zalin.

The ugly comments here are nothing but false information. Dr. Zalin is an absolutely fantastic doctor. Her treatment is very specific to what you need as a patient and she really takes her time with you to make sure that you get your problem handled. I've spent hours in her office each week for the last few years and have never felt better or slept better. Going to her was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Her prices are beyond fair and she can work with you with the payments. I referred a friend of mine to her who couldn't afford to come in as often as I could and Dr. Zalin worked it out with her so that she could receive as much care as she needed. Dr. Zalin is so respectful of her patients and always has their well-being in mind.If you want a doctor who will actually take care of you, then you should look no further.

I like to pass along good news when I can, and want people to know that Dr. Zalin really does help. I came in to see her originally because I have scoliosis and a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck. Dr. Zalin takes the time to listen to me, and makes sure my adjustment is right. Once I had pulled out my rib just after the adjustment and she made sure that I was fully in alignment before I left the office. I feel so lucky that she cares so much about my health, and that her adjustment is complete. She took an hour at one point to help me figure out what to eat to lose weight. She didn't even charge me, even though she could have! Not many will go out of their way, at their own expense, for a patient.

An absolute insult to the health care profession. It seems Chiropractors are the ambulance chasers of the health profession. She not only attempted to terrify me by my physical ailments, but she also attempted to chase me for health fees after my insurance company refused coverage for her artificially inflated fees. She comes of as a nice lady - hence, the gimmick - yet, she really stuck it to me in the end. Even for a chiropractor, she has questionable moral character.

Dr. Zalin is an amazing doctor. How can anyone give her a negative review? Dr. Zalin adjusts her own personal time to come into the office to take care of her patients. If you want a doctor who constantly goes "the extra mile", treats you with respect and compassion, generally cares about your well being and will move mountains in her schedule to accommodate yours, Dr. Zalin is the doctor for you. I've been going to her for years, followed her from office to office and referred to her. I can not say one negative thing about her. She is a "top doc" in every aspect.

When it comes to the stereotype of a chiropractor, there is katherine zalin. Not only does this "Dr" attempt to shock and scare you by her initial evaluation, she aspirs by a very poor ethics code for anyone in the health profession. i've spent thousands at her office, and not only did my symptoms become worse than when i first started with, she attempted to stick me with the bill when the insurance refused coverage for... and i quote... "overzealous billing practice" if you are seeking an honest and capable chiropractor, stay far, far away from her office.

I have been with Doctor Zalin from the beginning. The care and concern is great and her knowledge and treatment is excellent. The office is neat and clean, the rates are fair. I could not be happier. I read and re-read the first person's comments. If you paid $1000 out of your pocket in a month, and if your co-pay is $10, that's 100 visits in a month. That is over 3 visits a day!!! If you doubled the co-pay to $20, that's still 50 visits in a month, which is 1 1/2 visits a day. Nobody goes in that much. And if it was so bad, why did he/she go in so many times instead of stopping sooner? Come on, I suggest you ignore this complainer who is full of falsehoods and generalities. I suggest you come in and see for yourself firsthand. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t usually participate in these kinds of sites. But I felt I had to after seeing the first posting here, which was ridiculous. This person must be mistaken or was in the wrong office. Dr. Zalin and Dr. Zalin’s office are nothing like what this person has suggested. Dr. Zalin is a kind and caring chiropractor. More than that, she had addressed my specific problems and found me relief and hope. I have been to other chiropractors who were good, but she really is the one of the best in my opinion. Her office is new and clean. All you have to do is open your eyes and see for yourself. As for her fees, she is extremely reasonable. I have been with her for years, with and without insurance, and it has never been a financial burden ever.

This so-called 'doctor' charged me nearly $1000 (plus what my insurance chipped in) for a month of sub-par care. Literally, she billed me $20 each time I stretched my own neck on a contraption SHE NEVER CLEANS OR SANITIZES (sanitation violation...??). She did not even see me stretch (false claims mean anything??) or really show me how to use the device properly... but sure was quick to add $20 to the bill every time she told me to use it. After many times saying my care was up to me, she continually insulted me for not wanting to get X-rays..... maybe upset not to rack up more charges? To add insult to injury, I had to discontinue care because she told me she was "the last doctor in L.A. who could help me" and smiled like that was some funny joke. Her adjustments are a joke, her prices are ludicrous, her clinic is not sanitary (did I mention water stains on the ceiling?)... no wonder she has no patients!! Don't waste your time or money.
