Rude staff and doctor is subpar. They charge you to get results over the phone and if the doctor has to look up your chart. This place is a complete scam!!! Finding a new doctor now because this service is not what I pay for and need.

If I go into too much detail about how deplorable this physician & staff are this review will go on & on. In a nutshell, if you go to the ER & your results are grossly abnormal & they say they are calling your doctor; do NOT expect him to contact you, ever. Soon after if you get a MRI & CT scan & the results show stage IV cancer expect to wait over a month to be informed, & only if you call for a appointment. If that cancer is also in your bones & you are in agony expect advil or 1/2 of a 5mg vicodin to be prescribed by this doctor , only every 8 hours (because addiction is such a concern at this point.) Lastly if the ER calls him to inform him his patient is so sick he will never wake up, do not expect the office staff to give him the message & when they do (because you called 5 times) expect him to dodge your calls & will never hear from him again. These sadly are facts, documented in medical records from multiple facilities. Good luck to all current patients & their family members.

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. Will be looking for another doctor.

The staff turned me away even though I was suffering with extreme abdominal pain due to a data error -- they were wrong, rude and I am sure that Dr. Britton was unaware how they handled the situation which I went to the ER directly and got great care with the data provided that the office staff found inadequate -- which was a fully covered medical plan.
