I have never had such a horrible experience with any doctor. I was rushed through the appointment and treated poorly. I became (very obviously) distressed before a painful procedure and Dr. Leong did nothing to comfort me. Rather, he badgered with me with questions during it while I was crying and even though I said "I can't think right now". After this, he complained about me to his nurse right in front of me. He then rushed through the rest of the appointment and ran out of the room while I was still crying without giving me a chance to ask any questions. I was left half naked in the exam room and was expected to find my way out. Incredibly disrespectful.

I was disappointed because I had waited so long for first visit, and then I was given nothing as a solution that would take away my discomfort and reason for visit. I was not able to return to work or given any long term plan that would make that possible. Unfortunately, I felt my complaints were taken very lightly.

First time patient, and was very pleased with his smile, efficiency, compassion, bedside manner, and his ability to REALLY listen to me and my complaints. He is Chinese-American and has no accent; easy to understand. He spoke to me, not down to me, addressing each of my issues and concerns. I will return for further treatment. He is also very thorough.

Dr. Leong is very very good. You would expect him to have an accent and perhaps be hard to understand, but he speaks perfect english. His skills are excellent and his bedside manner is very good too. I have recommended him to many of my friends after my successfull operation. He is a wizard with correcting urinary incontinence. I am 10 years post op and still most satisfied with my results.

Very caring, very respectful, charming in a shy way. Sometimes a little "Marcus Welby, MD" old-world paternalistic when he is chiding you for worries, etc...overall very pleasant, knowledgeable. Even though I have a problem he could not yet solve, I rate him very highly and will probably go to him when the technology is available. He is involved in research, is highly ethical, and knows his stuff. The office and hospital nurses who work with him are careful to meet his standards and consider him one of the best in the area. You can take yourself or your granny there with confidence. His nurse is a sweetie and smart, too.
