Staff and nurses kind, informative and helpful. Procedure explained and went smoothly. Felt great all day. No ill side effects. Prep the hardest part. Just stay close to a bathroom.

Everyone with whom I interacted was excellent. The lady at the front desk was so personable and friendly. The nurse assistant who got me ready was wonderful. The anesthetist was thorough with his explanations. Dr. Joseph, of course, was terrific! Both my husband (Gary Cain) and I really trust him and are confident in his treatments and procedures. Incidentally, my first name has an E on the end....Anne. Thanks for making that correction just in case there is an issue with the insurance with the spelling/identification. Thanks again to everyone who took care of me. Job well done! I feel fine and expect to continue in that regard.

He will always be my Doctor for these kind of procedures, I have been his patient since 1996, I trust him 100% and will not go to anyone else, I have sent several family members including my daughter, they all love him! Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my family, You are an amazing person and Doctor!

It had been several years since I had seen Dr. Joseph. He reviewed my history and spent time a lot of time thinking about how to treat my issue. I am very satisfied.

The experience was all very professional, and the process was routine. Dr. Joseph has performed several colonoscopies on me over the years, and today's endoscopy was handled in the same professional manner that I have come to expect. The nurses' aides, the anesthesiologist and other personnel all did their jobs as one would expect. There really are no "details" that I care to set forth because there were no problems. I strongly recommend Dr. Joseph and his team if a patient needs this procedure to be done.

This was my first experience with this procedure and I couldn't have asked for a better experience then I received with Ronald Joseph and his assistances . They made me fill very comfortable about what was gong to happen and what to expected. Very understanding and friendly.

Everyone was concerned with my wellbeing and worked to make me feel at ease. The nurses we very helpful. Dr Joseph asked detailed questions which built my confidence in him. His manner put me at ease. I felt comfortable every step of the way (except maybe for the prep prior to coming to the hospital). The whole experience was easy.
