I am a very hands-on parent.I felt helpless in contributing in the treatment of my child's condition & walked in with a lot of anxiety. Wait time 5min?. Dr. Gage & staff were very welcoming, prompt, proficient & helpful on the phone and in person. The staff ensured info to Dr. Gage was precise to best aid my child's needs. Dr. Gage provided a great amount of info concerning my child's health (i.e. what causes the condition, what environment can make it worse/better in an attempt at prevention, how my child may feel & act & how I can be of comfort & other things to look for to help aid my child in a full recovery). Dr. Gage & staff took the time needed to make sure I had a full understanding of the issue. I never felt rushed in any way. I left feeling very informed & capable in caring for my child & his condition. I also felt comfortable knowing if I had any questions I was welcomed in asking them. I truly believe they have the best interest of my child and am very grateful for them.
