Dr. Biggs is a breath of fresh air with her meet no stranger persona -15 yrs patient. My last visit experience was unacceptable. Waiting for Dr. Biggs as her nurse notified me that Dr. B could not examine me for3 things;high blood press, my insurance will only pay one problem per visit. I told her my job had not inform me so when she left I called blue choice. They said it was a lie. All they have to do is check all the codes for different services. She went to get ofc mgmt to reiterate. I was outraged & betrayed & thought it may have been a conglomerate decision between Dr. B and staff. I walked out forever and prepaid for my NO svc. My cousin was with me & witness this bad professional behavior. No one followed up knowing this was unusual for me. Bless Dr. B.

I was so very sorry when Dr. Biggs decided to delete serving Medicare patients, and I knew I would have the daunting task of finding a new primary care doctor. I knew Dr. Biggs was the best I ever had in my 70 years, so knew I would have an unpleasant time. Since I had to leave her practice, I have been to three doctors, and cannot be really pleased with any of them. Dr. Biggs treated, not just the condition, but the whole person. She kept up with all tests due in the current and following year, and reminded me. I trusted her implicitly. She was pleasant and welcoming. What more can I say? If I felt sad when she decided to give up Medicare, I now know that I am now suffering devastation. Searching for a new doctor is impossible! I want her back!

Dr B is a lovely dr, but her office mgmt is terrible. I hv been going to her for sev years & hv had plenty of frustration. For my 1st visit, I waited almost 2 hrs and then had to lv for another appt in Atl. They rescheduled me for 3 months later [I had already waited 6 mos for my first visit]. I had issues with an ins co & they did nothing to help me. I needed a pres. renwd & was told I had to make an appt. Took the day off, & after 45 min wtg for my appt, I enqrd with the nurse & was told that I didn't nd to be there for a rnwl; she gave me the pres & told me my copay would be refunded (still hasnt been 3 mos later]. Finally, today, I called 3 times trying to spk to s.one & finally lft a msg. My dd had just been dgsd with strep and I hv same symptoms. I was near the office so stopped in with the hope that they wd be able to give me a strep test or some amox. Dr B was there but "officially on vac for the week". No visit, no test, no pr, just strep and an appt with a new practice. Sad.

I called Dr. Biggs' office around 8:00 a.m. Seconds later the nurse returned my call and seemed very familiar with my symptoms. I was given a 9:45 a.m. appointment. I was taken back to an exam room at 9:50 a.m. When Dr. Biggs came into the room, she hugged me and was so reassuring. She quickly made a diagnosis of Bells Palsey and I felt totally at ease. Dr. Biggs is a wonderful doctor and her staff, especially Nurse Lisa, are so professional and knowledgeable.

She is one awesome Internal Medicine physician in Marietta. She takes the time to listen and address all of your medical concerns and her office staff is professional and patient oriented. I would refer any of my friends and family to Dr. Biggs. Her office is growing into the 21st century so there are some present changes occuring in the office...Be Patient..no puns intended. They are great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Biggs for over twenty years. She goes above and beyond any doctor that I have ever used. She spends the time necessary to listen and to evaluate. She also doesn't hesitate to send me to a specialist when I have needed one. She is like an "old-time" doctor that cares about her patients completely.

I am amazed to see any negative comment here. Dr Biggs is not one of the "test and rest" doctors who populate the landscape today. You know the sort: they order tests and then rest because they believe their job is done and over. Dr Biggs listens; she examines; she reads the results. My mother (in the medical world herself) taught me to cherish a physician who practices "discerning touch," whose fingers understand and connect abstract knowledge with practical understanding of unique patient needs. Dr Biggs is our cherished family doctor!

I am a patient of Dr.Biggs for many years and value her knowledge as a doctor. However, last few years her service is getting increasingly inadequate, e.g., she does not review your lab results in a timely manner and often gets back to you after a several phone calls in the office after 2-3 weeks of waiting. She also missed some important family history and as a result I developed a serious medical condition that could be prevented. And waiting time in the office is just unbearable - 2-3 hours at least. She is very pleasant and personable and always greets you as a friend. However, IMHO, it's not enough to continue jeopardizing someone's well being. I am seriously considering now to go to another doctor.

Dr. Biggs is THE most helpful and knowledgeable physician I have used in my 67 years. She is the most helpful, caring and considerate of any physician with whom I have worked. If she does not have an answer for you, she will refer you to someone who can diagnos your problem. She has been willing to accept my phone calls after hours when situations arise that need immediate attention. The medical profession is blessed to have her as a member. So many physicians rush you in and out, Dr. Biggs will take the time to explain what she is recommending and how it might effect you physically. I thank GOD for her and her staff of professionals.
