My complaint isn't so much about the Dr., but about hs idiotic staff. I called to make an appointment to get my 6 year old her shots for school. Of course, I put this off until the last minute, so I needed this done ASAP, which I didn't think would be an issue. Everything went fine, they made the appointment and I was just about to hang up and she asked me to hold. Then another " woman" ( if you can call her that) got on the phone and told me that in September of 2013, I informed them that I was no longer seeing Dr. Arouse and I was finding a new doctor for my child. Well, this was news to me
First of all, I never told them that. Secondly, I didn't have another doc for my daughter. If I had told them that, I certainly would have have found my daughter another doctor,I mean that was almost a year ago that I supposedly had "fired" Dr. Arouse. Anyway, when I asked this persipplo.
