I cannot actually rate any interaction with DR. Hong because of the intransigence and rudeness of his staff. I was referred to DR. Hong by CTMC after suffering a pulmonary embolism. CTMC informed me that they would send my discharge summary to their office, and that I could call and make an appointment. I called and someone named Anthony told me that they didn't have any information on me, and told me to call CTMC and have my records sent over. So I called CTMC, but they won't release information over the phone, so I had to physically go there, sign a release, and wait for them to send the records over to Dr. Hong. They did,and they provided me a copy of the confirmation. So today I called again, and was one again told by Anthony that they didn't have my records. I told him that they were sent Friday, and maybe they are still on the fax machine. He said no and told me to call CTMC again. At this point said that I would find another doctor. Anthony's rudeness was too much.
