I saw Dr. Michael Pepera in a hospital ER. After explaining my symptoms four separate times to two nurses and two physician assistants, Dr. Pepera came into the exam room.
He barely made eye contact with me. He slipped on a pair of rubber gloves, asked two questions, examined me for about 30 seconds, shrugged his shoulders, and said he'd be back. He never came back. Never. Came. Back. After waiting 5 hours in the ER, his physician assistant returned to discharge me with instructions to follow up with my doctor.
