I started to see Dr. Stern in order to help me address some job/family/existential stress. He was warm, friendly and very attentive. I believe you need to develop a connection with your therapist and I definitely found that with him. Someone else wrote that he was easy to talk to and didn't feel like a stranger and I completely agree. I laughed, I shouted and I cried and I will always be thankful of the lessons he taught me and the positive impact he had on me when I needed it most. I was his patient for almost two years and I became a better and more confident person for it. I could not recommend him enough.

Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, always on time. Speaking to him makes me feel at home ; ease after a stressful day. Very calm and makes you see two different point of view instead of just agreeing with you . Puts my needs and concerns first. Very easy to talk to about anything , I didn’t feel like I was speaking to a stranger after just one session, as I have with other therapist. Have been doing therapy with Dr Stern for about a month now and my attitude and point of view has changed both in my business and personal relationships. Best decision I’ve made!

Dr. Stern was the best possible psychologist for my son, who was having a lot of issues. My son found him easy and comfortable to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about almost everything, and what he didn't know, he did research on specifically for my son. Most of my son's issues have been successfully resolved, but he still goes to Dr. Stern periodically to just keep him up with his progress. I would go to him myself but he won't see 2 people in the same family for professional confidentiality. He is a very nice, compassionate older man.

I found him to be a bit of a creep. I only saw him once so my opinion might not be as valid as other peoples. His ac was loud and at times I couldn’t hear him too great. I would say things to him, and it seemed like he never heard of any of what I was talking about. I felt crazier after I left. Also, never followed up to see if I wanted to schedual another appointment.
