Initially it appeared that a peg tube placement in preparation of oncological radiation was OK, however, when it was accidentelly pulled out at the one week check up I was sent back to the office at St Joseph, and a nurse staff Wendy just inserted another one. The peg tube was not used for food, and it had major complications. The nurse replaced it again after 2 months but it leaked significantly. The Staff attempted to shift the responsibility to woundcare at another hospital which was unacceptable. Dr morgenstern performed surgery to close resulting fistula and inserted another feeding tube through nose. He never checked in on me while at the hospital following this surgery. There were serious complications that caused me to stay 3 weeks at the hospital then finished healing in another. Now I know I will not step foot in that practice or hospital ever again.

Dr Morgenstern's staff were all great, from his receptionist to the nurses and techs in the pre-procedure area and colonoscopy room. Doctor Morgenstern answered all my questions and was very informative. I will gladly see all of them again in 2 years.
