In early 2018 and only after numerous consultations with other neurological specialists over a span of many months, Dr. Cook comprehensively evaluated a wide range of diagnostics and accurately diagnosed my spouse's rare disease - Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. With his support and that of attentive and varied rehabilitation services and appropriate mobility devices the we have been pleased with the quality of her life and that the progress of her disease has been slower than we had initially anticipated. Dr. Cook is amazing! He takes care of my Mother, who has Parkinson's Disease. He is caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Great knowledge, very relaxed and helpful in diagnosing an MRI result that was very poorly represented by the scheduler from a different Dr. who told us "we need to rule out MS" and sent us into a psnic. Dr. Cook was very professional.

Great guy, very helpful, really cares about his patients so far as I can tell. Checked into a brain MRI he had ordered for me, and rechecked with another doctor at my request, since initial findings were denied by an ENT. Says "Mmm Hmm" a bit much, but if that's the only bad habbit developed from meeting with sick patients day in/day out for years on end, I consider it to be success. Note: still have yet to determine to cause of my ailments (I am an otherwise very healthy 22 y/o male), but I don't consider this to be the fault of Dr. Cook by any means. I would recommend him to anybody. ps - I do have insurance, just not on the list, so $40 is unlikely the be the amount paid by those uninsured.
