His been more number one doctor for the past 10 years now. His always been on the best of his knowledge and profession as a doctor. He fights and takes time eigh his patients in anything that's needed whether its minor to very important. His care is amazing. His big heart and very knowledgeable ways makes it very easy and comfortable convienient well organized as far as his medical/medicine/equipments information to his his patients.

Dr. Takata is an awesome doctor. I am in the healthcare field and worked with many doctors that I do enjoy and respect, but doctor Takata is above and beyond. He is professional, knowledgeable, truly takes the time to listen to you as well as does his own evaluation to gather more information. He then works with you and addresses any concerns regarding his diagnosis & treatment. He's a great combination of personable, friendly and at the same time I am fully and completely confident in his capabilities as a medical doctor. He cares, he follows up and consistently works with you.... his nurse is superb as well. They make a great team and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Takata for seven years. I am a physician myself so I do know how to check out a doctor. Dr. Takata is a gem. Thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, he is very widely respected by other doctors and ancillary therapists in the community. He will listen, take your point of view seriously, and work with you in finding the best approach to evaluating and managing your problem. His examinations are exceptionally thorough and he is always totally up-to-date on the medical literature pertaining to any problem I had. He knows community resources very well. His staff are friendly and kind and go out of their way to be helpful. This is top-notch medical care. You will not find better in a VIP practice or a top-tier university teaching hospital. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor and so will you.

Great Physician. Very caring. Listened to all of my concerns and made suggestions. I am adverse to the use of oral NSAIDs and Dr. Takata brainstormed with me, suggesting a topical NSAID cream, more stretching, and icing. I've been able to continue my physical activities and avoid surgery, all with a manageable level of pain. Dr. Takata has a keen understanding of patient care. He should be contracted to provide seminars on patient care to other physicians.
