For me: Dr. Rory Ramsey was excellent, intelligent, personable, & has a demeanor that totally put me at ease - I almost fell asleep (in a nice, relaxing way) just listening to him... I would definitely continue to work w/ Dr. Ramsey. Thanks

I went into see Dr. Ramsey on the 14 day of October. He ordered a sleep study and I was then told by the office staff to call when I it completed and then would set me an appointment to come back in to go over the results with the Doctor. I did the sleep study the night of October 20. I call the Doctors office on the 21st as instructed. I was then told that Dr. Ramsey did not have any available appointments until January but they would talk to the Doctor's staff about working me in because January was too long of a wait to get my results and that they would call me back. I waited until October 26 for that phone call that never came. I called back and was told by a not so polite lady that Dr. Ramsey is not in the office everyday and when he got in they would talk to him and call me like she had told me they would do the week before. She told me I just needed to be patient. I have a very hard time believing that Dr. Ramsey had not been in his office at all for a full week but ok. On November 3rd (3 weeks since my sleep study)I call again because I still had not received a phone call and talk to a lady that said she was part of Dr. Ramsey's staff. She told me that Dr. Ramsey had not even looked at my results yet (after 3 weeks this is not acceptable to me) but that he would be in the office on the 4th at 1:00pm and would talk to him and promised to call me back as soon as she did so they could get me in for my results. I never received a phone call from anyone on October 4th. The technician at the sleep study clinic told me that there were issues but could not discuss them with me that I would have to see the Doctor to get the results explained to me. I wonder how anyone of these people that I have talked to would feel if they had went to the doctor because there is problem, went and did the tests that the Doctor ordered and had to wait 3 plus weeks for the results. My test results might not be important to anyone in that office, but they are to me and I deserve to get my results in a timely manner. 3 plus weeks is not acceptable!!!!!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Ramsey. He was on time, knowledgeable and willing to explain my possible condition and treatment in detail.
