I gave a 5 star review of Dr Erland, but a 1 star review of the staff. My experience with Keri has been fantastic. I feel like she is a knowledgeable, caring, competant doctor who tries to do right by her patients. However, I don't know if the office is perpetually short handed, poorly trained, or what the issue is, but the staff is terrible. I never ever get a live person when I call, always have to leave a message, which aren't returned for 2 or 3 days, if at all (frequently I have to call 3 or 4 times to even get a call back), even when they are for urgent issues. The staff is always curt and in a hurry. When they changed policies on blood draws recently, they didn't inform me until I arrived at the office, only to be told they don't do the blood draws there anymore, and I needed to call a week in advance. So yeah, staff needs improvement, but great doctor.

I have several health issues. This doc didn’t even see me, but sent her nurse in to tell me that she wasn’t comfortable with patients with multiple issues.
If you have nothing wrong, she may be the doc for you, however if you have autoimmune or heart issues her staff told me that they can’t handle my diseases. And weren’t able to send patients out -Erland, apparently, can’t work well with other docs.
Don’t waste your time, money or energy on this place.

Dr Erland was my dr for 9 years and I would have had the same positive reviews as above until my last visit. She appears to be fighting insurance company’s restrictions and times of what she can talk about on restricted visits. Instead of informing clients prior to appointment she’s decided to drop the conversation on clients in a extremely hostile way.(dr jeckel -Mr hyde) ignorant personal attacks, finger pointing, and all the while stating it’s not about the money or time factors but it’s completely about the money. My blood pressure before seeing dr same day was 118/77 after being attacked personally she retook blood pressure and it was 158/107,I would say she’s lucky I didn’t have a stroke after her cruel treatment with me. Personal health use to be a priority and now she’s not able to help with your whole Heath issues on a visit and wants you rebook several appoints to cover any other concerns you may have or need help with. Completely about money not your health. I used to refer people all the time to her and now no one deserves to go threw what you may if you catch that off day of hers.

Excellent physician who is very sincere and truly cares about her patients. Not fair people are leaving low reviews without even meeting here just to be vindictive. She would never violate HIPPA. Dr. Erland has true integrity!

This Doctor and her TEAM are amazing! The negative comments below seem to be out of anger. That's not fair to a hard dedicated working team! Constructive feedback is what is best. Even if you are upset and angry you should wait until you are settled down. This office, hands down, knows what they are doing and knows how to explain things to their patients! Best Place to be in and around when medical needs or concerns arises. Good job Team Erland!

I have read the NEGATIVE comments below, and this just sounds like its out of anger and UNFAIR to Dr. Keri, she is a Wonderful doctor, how can you judge her with out even getting to meet her and knowing who she is, you could not ask for a better person to take care of you!! Dr. Keri and her staff will go above and beyond to help you and have for our family and friends. She takes the time with all of her patients. Yes there is rules just like every office, but you will NOT get better care other than her. Dr. Keri care's about US.

This review is based solely on my experience with Dr Erlands staff and the way she chooses to run her practice. I have not had the opportunity to meet with her or establish care, because I called to set up an appointment 3 weeks ago and they canceled my appointed. I work a crazy busy schedule with two jobs and don't have a lot of time to be checking voicemail and making call backs the same day. I knew I needed to confirm, so called back and left a voicemail on Thursday. Friday, I received another phone call stating that I did not confirm my appt. (But I didn't get to my vm until Saturday morning) so they cancelled it! Why would I set up an appt if I weren't going to show up? Most doctor office's just remind you, NOT cancel! This shows that she is only about how much she will get paid. I cancelled another important appt just to get in with her. I realized that I transposed numbers when I left my message, after I called back Saturday and there was a different message than the one I heard Thursday. I explained that to her receptionist but she said that they already booked someone in my spot! She said that the next opening was over two weeks out. I said, can I take the appt and can you notate that I WILL be there, because I worry that I might not call you back in time to confirm. I have two jobs and I'm always busy. She said that without talking to me to confirm, they will have to cancel the appointment. WOW! I will not be establishing care with this doctor now. It's not right to do that to patients. She needs to start billing for a missed visit if someone doesn't show, not cancel before they are even seen. It is very hard to find good physicians here that care more about their patients well being, than they do about money. It is clear to me after reading more of Dr. Erlands reviews, that she's hit or miss on the kind of care she gives, violates hippa laws, and weeds out patients based on what type of insurance they have. I would say she's probably more about her earnings than the care of her patients!

She lets her receptionist know why your in there.She didn’t understand the pain of major surgery.She was my doctor for years all of a sudden she just left and gave all patients files to a primary care doctor...Her receptionist went to work there and gave the doctor confidential history of yours so her and the receptionist broke the hipa law..........

She has been the BEST doctor any one could ask for ! She helped me find out what was wrong when others could not! She goes beyond and much more to help her patients. She puts her all and HEART in to us.

I find that when the staff has NO idea if Dr Erland is "taking new " patients but can check with the doctor AFTER asking for your birthdate and what kind of insurance you have, that clearly Dr Erland is NOT truly interested in treating YOU but more interested in her paycheck! I will never support a doctor who profiles her patients first and bases her decision on the amount of money she can make. This type of doctor should NOT be practicing medicine in Idaho. We are better people than that and deserve to be treated with respect regardless of our age or income. SHAME ON YOU!!!
