Dr Ponn is an incredibly compassionate, breast health specialist. She walked with me through my diagnosis and treatment showing me kindness, support and genuine care. It is so frightening to hear you have cancer, but Dr Ponn and the wonderful staff at Elliot Breast Health got me through my darkest time in life. She is the best and I highly recommend her.

In 1992, I had Dr. Theresa Ponn as my surgeon. I cannot say enough about her! She took care of me inside and out. The inner me was just as important to her. She is kind, gentle, strong, and knows her "stuff"!! I felt cared for and safe. She removed my breast and said you will never get cancer there again. Now 14 years later, the cancer never returned in that breast! She played soft music in the operating room, and always smiled making me feel cared for when ever I saw her. The women in the Yale area of Connecticut miss her so much.

She is one of those doctors that are arrogant and have poor "bedside" manners.

Dr.Ponn took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand and had a warm bedside manner also

The most wonderful staff at the Elliot Breast Health Center. Will highly recommend again & again! Well with the trip from anywhere. Need I say more :-)
