I had a scheduled appointment at 1:45. I was not seen by the actual optometrist until 2:45 pm. The receptionist was very rude (rolled eyes, popped gum) when I asked her how much longer the wait after 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. The optomestrist examined by eyes and did my contact lens exam for another brand of contacts that they just happened to carry. I wanted my current brand and she told me to call if I didn't like the new brand. I called back and requested by current brand and was told that they would order the contacts and I would have to have yet another contact lens fitting exam when the contacts were received. (as they do not carry my brand)hmmmm I just called again...two weeks AFTER they were suppose to order my contacts, and surprise...they are on back order and they will take yet another week. Stay away from this facility...horribile...rude...I will pay out of pocket to see another eye doctor before going back to this place.
