I scheduled my appt with Raza in early May - booked out to July 22. Received a text July 21 to check in online so I did that - took quite a bit of time but done. I arrived 15 minutes early for appt but both girls at front desk are listening to horror stories of past doc visits from another patient-just chatting it up! They finally check in the woman in front of me and then me, at this time I am 5 minutes late for my appt. I am told doc can't see me because I did not arrive 30 minutes prior. I checked in online the day before and was not reminded to check in 30 minutes early - text read "please check in now for your appt tomorrow at 3:40pm" NOWHERE did it say, you are a new patient and need to check in early. When ( asked why, I was they had to get my chart together. WHAT CHART? I've never been there. I was told "we told you about the early arrival when you scheduled" In May? Back then? A lot happens between then and now and if you're going to text a reminder of appt time and to check in for your appt, might want to add that info. Staff was rude. I was beyond disappointed. Out of thyroid meds. Needed meds for newly diagnosed osteoporosis. Post cancer/chemo issues. I was really excited because I heard she is a great doc. Can't wait another 2 months unfortunately and who wants to deal with that staff anyway?

Whos the Doctor here? by far the worst Doctor I have ever seen !! after explaining my health issues to Dr. Raza her response to me was " and what would you like me to do about it"
UNREAL experience I have diabetes and menopause my lab test results were not good . I walked out of the room and straight to my car. NEVER WILL I RETURN !!
