My family and I have been patients of Dr. Puckett's for several years now. She is the best eye doctor we've ever seen! She is great with my kids, taking the time to talk with them and put them at ease (not an easy task with a 6 year old). You can tell she really cares about her patients because she doesn't rush through the exam and is very thorough. Her staff is always courteous and friendly, and can answer any questions I have about our insurance and coverage. I highly recommend Dr Puckett and her office to my friends and family.

DR PUCKETT IS GROSSLY INEXPERIENCED. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING OTHER THAN AN EYEGLASS EXAM, I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE. PERHAPS THIS IS WHY SHE DOES EYE EXAMS AT THE MALL. I WENT TO HER OUT OF DESPERATION FOR A BANDAGE CONTACT WHILE A SMALL SCRATCH HEALED. SHE PROVIDED NO HELP OR RELIEF AT ALL AND I ALMOST HAD TO DROP MY CLASSES BECAUSE I COULDN'T SEE TO DO MY HOMEWORK OR BE IN A CLASSROOM. IF SHE IS THREATENED AT ALL BY THE WAY YOU LOOK SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU PERIOD !!! THAT'S REAL PROFESSIONAL HUH !!!
