Dr. McCarthy and I have a great doctor/patient relationship. Her kindness and concern are the best I've ever experienced from a physician and I'd recommend her to everyone.

Dr. McCarthy had been my Pcp for over 20 years. She is kind,knowledgeable, and straight forward. Just had a child and she is his pediatrician. Trust her more then any other physician I have ever had!

Staff needs help. Amber will always greet you with a smile and is very professional and helpful. The rest act like they are doing you a favor and Kim is the rudest and always angry that she is there. I have been going to this office for 20 years and have never gotten in to see the doctor in less than a half hour wait ... usually about an hour behind appointment time. Dr. McCarthy is very caring, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer any questions you have. Her bedside manner is gentle and soft spoken. One thing I really appreciate is that whenever I call the office they do squeeze me in as soon as they can, usually the same day if not the next morning ... and this is why there is usually a long wait. They often double book her, but as long as you don't mind waiting, she will take care of you.

I thought Dr McCarthy was nice and caring as well. But then I received a voicemail from her office with people talking about my personal information; clearly not knowing that the call was being recorded. My visit was being made fun of due to my lack of knowledge of the medication I was taking. The call was rude, unprofessional and uncalled for. I called back the office very angry and told them what I had heard, then One week later I actually received a voicemail from Dr McCarthy apologizing for her professionalism saying that she had had a bad day. With this being said I have never been soo humiliated and angry with any type of professional in my entire life especially a Doctor whom you are supposed to trust and confide in. I will never visit this office again and I hope this never happens to anyone.

Dr. McCarthy is such a wonderful doctor. When I see her, it's like I'm her only patient. You'll never meet a more compassionate and caring physician. I'd give her a 10 rating if I could.

Dr. McCarthy's awesome! She's kind, friendly and patient. The staff at the front desk could use a little "friendly booster", but you can't have it all!
