Dr Foster is an excellent doctor who listens to my concerns and takes action when it is necessary. He has a very good bedside manner.

The Whole Cumberland, Maryland Office , the Staff, the scheduling Rep., Assistants, and Especially Dr. Foster, for his Genuine Interest in Helping Patients heal, with respect, care, and dignity. I'm a 58 year old Male, ... at times a Grumpy, old, hurting man, ... that truly appreciates having NSPC, available to comfort and Ease, 'Some' of my problems, sometimes at the mercy of Insurance, and what they will cover.

I have pain that persists form bursitis and I am grateful that this facility will help me with pain meds and not think I am there only for that reason. I have been dealing with this
symptom for so long and they are helping me to cope with the pain.
Everyone has been great with their help. All of the nurses have compassion for their patients...Thank you.

I was referred that day for an MRI that day since the pain was not relieved by the injection. The process of referral was efficient and I felt the physician in particular really cared about my treatment. I had heard that Dr. Foster was very competent and had an excellent bedside manner. I support this recommendation of him wholeheartedly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr.Foster for over 7 years and the current staff for over three. I credit Dr. Foster with my ability to continue working in a 40+HR week. He listens and reacts. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and has been very accommodating to the distance I travel to get to this office.

Dr. Foster is a great representative for the medical community. I am always treated respectfully at my monthly appointment. Dr Foster and staff make patients feel like family. Without Dr. Foster I would not be able to continue working a 40 plus hour week.
