Dr. Lubin used to be a wonderful doctor who put a great deal of time and attention towards your issues and your problems. Over the years he has gotten busier and busier and now he is consistently behind on his schedule and is too busy to spend any more than 2-3 minutes with you at the most. The office staff have turned from ineffective to unacceptable. Many times I called or emailed them with an issue, I never received a response, even after a week or two. If you catch Dr. Lubin on a slow day, he can be a great doctor, but now I think he's too busy anymore. Good doctor when he can be. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment just to be seen by the medical assistant. 1 hour and 31 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen by Dr. Lubin and he only spend 2 and a half minutes with me.

NIGHTMARE. Doctor & Staff is Horrible, Lazy and Inexperienced. They talk about you and your problems in the open around other patients in the waiting room and laugh about it. They mix up your paperwork with other patients, and call you by other patients names. Patients know more about medicines being prescribed by Doctor than he does. Doctor turns people into Drug Addicts and then turns his back on them. Doctor and Staff Bad-mouths patients to other Doctors to the point where they cannot get help elsewhere. Due to not paying attention to detail and simply not doing any of their jobs correctly, patients tests come back with improper results, resulting in treatment termination with no cause. Horrible Health Care, and all the proof is available. Please, find someone else, your life may just depend on it. Mine Did. The Doctor did not care. Very Irresponsible and Unprofessional.
