He has been helping our son for along time, he is very knowledgable and caring. We understand that he has had health problems and went through the loss of his wife, but even though all of this kept as many appointments as possible. His staff has always been very courteous. We would & have recommended him to others.

Dr.Goggin is so sweet and understanding.He helps so many people. His front desk young lady is very polite and professional and he is just so kind and has so much insight/knowledge to so many issues. I recommend Dr.James Goggin of Lubbock very highly. People look for reasons sometimes to quit...it's interesting to explore why. It may be too difficult, but that's why you go...and...you'd getalot of help from this doctor. He has many many years of experiance also. GO !!! Every one cancels at times, some people get sick, some have family issues...talk it over....he understands. He's human also!

he isn't on time or not there most of my appointments. Sometimes someone calls and reports he isn't well that day. This has gone on for months - not going back becuse he didn't have a back-up doctor.
