Excellent doctor that takes his time with his patient. Excellent bed manners.

I agree that the Dr. himself, is very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to the patient's needs. His staff however, are very rude and unprofessional. I have observed them mock patients and carry-on inappropriate conversations about individuals with whom they had just hung up the phone with. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and expertise I received from Dr. Biediger himself, unfortunately his schedule lends itself to his patients having to spend more time with his office staff than with him. This is what finalized my decision to switch to a new physician.

I found some of the staff to be quite rude. I have always had to wait for an hour to see him. On a major illness, Dr. Biediger asked me to have a whole slew of testing done instead of listening to my experiences and symptoms. On a seperate occasion, he treated my allergy infection incorrectly and I had to go to another Dr. to correct what he had done in the office. I was very disappointed after reading his great reviews. I am now seeing another Dr. who promptly diagnosed my problem.

I couldn't wait to get home & rate Dr. Biediger. As a Medical student I've had many opportunities to be around different doctors. Although my reason for going to see Dr. Biediger was simply to get my throat checked, It end up being much more than that. I could easily say Dr. Biediger is simply one of the best doctors i have seen. He has a great personality and he is a very bright doctor. He took his time and did NOT rush at all, and made sure I fully understand what my problem was and what my options were in detail. He actually talked to me about my future in medical field and he also gave me lots of good advice. I definitely recommend Dr. Biediger to everyone I know. If i had to choose a doctor as my role model in medical field, it would be Dr. Biediger.

Dr Biediger is one of the best doctors I've known. He is very professional and take your time and listens to you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Biediger is an amazing docter. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. My best friend had recommended him to me for my sons pursistant nose bleeds. He listened to my sons complaints and mine as well. He entertained my son during the examination and is one of my sons favorite docters to see now because of his wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Biediger is the best ENT doctor I have ever met! He is patient and supportive, explains his plan clearly and takes his time in discussing alternatives, never appearing rushed or impatient. I had a minor surgical procedure in his office and it was the best experience, he explained each step of the way and his staff was beyond gracious and patient. I am so thankful I went to him for a second opinion, the best decision I made in a long time. From the initial visit through the procedure and post procedure visit he and his staff were phenomenal.

Dr is the best ENT I have ever been to. Very patient, explained conditions and treatment options well. I felt confident after appt that I was getting the best care possible and taylored to my needs not a check the box diagnosis. Very approachable, excellent bedside manner. Extremely up to date knowledge and training with in the staff and Dr.
