no compassion at all, pronounced my brother-in-law in the emergency room. It was the way he told his son, my nephew. It was horrible the way he said it. My nephew asked how his father was doing, and he said " not too good, as a matter of fact he is dead. He might be a good physician, but, definitely doesn't know how to speak to families at the time of a loss.
