In the year I have seen Dr. Malik, I know I have tested her, because I don't trust easily. However, over the past month I was very close to being admitted to ABBHH and she worked with me for the month to grow stronger and not require hospitalization. She is caring, friendly and ALWAYS punctual! Her staff are friendly, too and willing to answer any question that comes up.

I finally found a psychiatrist that I feel I can trust! She listens & asks questions that help me understand my triggers & symptoms & adjusts medications that will help me cope better. Her office staff are very professional & friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Malik for 10 months, after a very bad issue with another psychiatrist. The minute I entered her Elgin office, I felt accepted. She listens, works WITH her patients instead of dictating, and she is constantly thinking about how to handle the patient's options. Her staff is friendly and courteous and even willing to work with you on financial issues.

Dr. Fareha and her receptionist are amazing they work around schedueles and financial income. The doctors is great in her treatments and understanding she is very knowledgeable.
