She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Explains things to you in a way you understand. I don't have many doctors but I have to say she is the best one that I have.

She may be the best doctor I have ever had. She is completely thorough and includes the patient in discussing her findings, her choices, including why she chose a given medication. One drawback is the wait but I don’t mind waiting for her. While she is an excellent surgeon, she doesn’t, rush to that alternative and fully explores other options. I felt it was truly a partnership with this doctor.

Dr. Jackman is wonderful! I am so happy I became her patient following a trip to the Emergency Room. She went above and beyond to monitor me and help figure out what was causing my throat issues. Her reputation of being caring, knowledgeable, thorough and a great listener were reinforced with every interaction I had with her. She really does a lot for her patients that are sick and hospitalized. That is priceless. We need more doctors like her.

Dr Jackman is very skilled and my surgery with her went very well. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends in need of ENT services.

Dr. Jackman is courteous and knowledgeable but the problem is that I have to wait so long to see her. She rarely shows up for appointments. In addition, the day before I have an appointment with her, someone from the office would call and say that she is on vacation. It was annoying so I decided to see someone else.
