I just love Dr Arvind and Monica his Nurse. They are very caring and will answer any questions you might have. A Doctor and Nurse that finally care about their patients!!

The staff is arrogant, inconsiderate and often does not use gloves when dressing a wound or giving shots. You always have to wait to see the doctor. The office does not call back with results of blood work or X-rays. I think Dr. Alvind is medically knowledgeable but does pay attention to what's going on with his office staff which makes this an office 'I do not recommend'.

Waited 2 hours each time for last two appointments. Staff didnt bother checking in on me either. They canceled my appointment without notifying me and then labeled me as a walk in, at 3:30 PM, waited until 5:00 PM and the office closed. Very displeased.

I felt Dr. Arvind was very good at diagnosing also personable, intelligent. Unfortunately the competency of his staff is lacking; they mix up appointment times, forget to call in prescriptions, etc causing way too much follow-up on the part of the patient.

Dr Arvind is an excellent, compassionate and intelligent physician. Takes all the time needed to answer questions. Two thumbs up.

Best doctor I've had in years! Always takes time to explain (and draw - but don't hold that against him) what's going on in your body. Doesn't just hand out a prescription for whatever the patient thinks they need. Asks questions and treats patients conservatively. Always follows up from past visits even if it's not related to current visit. Staff has improved in the last year.

Half to go back two or three times before he gets it right.. fails to send copy of blood work.. just wants your money..
