I saw this doctor for the first time a couple of months ago. He spent a portion of his visit with me making sure that my insurance was going to pay. Apparently he didn't have an office manager so he had to do the work. Also, the prescription that he wrote for me wasn't complete ( It didn't have a strength) this was on a Friday and I was in pain. I left several message that day and evening and no one returned my calls. When I finally got in contact with someone at the office on Saturday, I was told by an office aid that I didn't leave the message with them and put on hold. When this person returned to the phone I was told that the prescription was corrected. No apology. I cancelled my follow up with this provider. I was disappointed and upset by their lack of professionalism and attention to detail.
