Dr. Heller is one of the most AMAZING Dr’s that I have ever met!! I felt that she truly cared about not only me but my whole family. When it comes to performance I can definitely say that she is a very knowledgeable doctor who is the best at what she does! Dr. Heller not only figured out what condition I had, she explained everything to me in a clear, polite and caring way! To those who have said that she is rude I can honestly say that not once did I get that from her I only got that she is a very serious Doctor who is there to do her job! Dr. Heller literally showed up to my surgery ( @32 weeks pregnant on December 27th I had a planned surgery early in the morning to see the interventional radiologist to have balloon catheter’s placed thru my groin into my belly. This was done because I was diagnosed with Placenta Percreta which the placenta grew thru my uterus into my bladder. ) The Drs we’re placing a cover over my face so that they could put a central line in my neck. As the cover was completely covering my face I felt very scared and nervous and most of all I felt so alone. Then all of a sudden I felt a smooth warm hand grab mine and squeeze it, I peeked up to look who it was and surprisingly Dr. Heller was right above me with huge smile. I was confused because I had asked Dr. Heller if she is present in the delivery room and she had told me that no she doesn’t. So I said “ what are you doing here I thought that you don’t come to the deliveries?” Her response was “True, but I wouldn’t miss this for the world “ There must have been at least 25 individuals between all the Doctors, surgeons, nurses, and NICU. And at that moment which was the scariest and loneliest moment of my life I held her hand and squeezed it ( I squeezed her hand so hard ) as I prayed and prayed they gave me a shot of Propofol and off the sleep I went. I was so Happy she was there!!! I feel like I made a friend and picked the right Doctor!! I highly recommend Dr. Heller!!
