This man should NOT be called a Dr. He lied to our family about my husband's condition. He let my son wait for1 and 1/2 hours alone in the waiting room until I got there. We heard that my husband was resting from an unexplained period when he stopped talking and became lethargic while in a nursing home. . When I arrived my son and I woke him up and told him where he was. He smiled at us, and responded saying "oh yeah - what happened "? We told him and he pulled himself t straight up with his ONE good arm , and said - oh -okay. I asked him how he felt now and he said " I am tired now". I said it was okay for him to lie down and rest. He did so. The Doc came in and told us my husband was "unresponsive and comatose" ! What a liar ! My husband's BP and other vital signs were going lower and lower, My husband had been there for several hours and yet NOTHING was given to him but saline and glucose ! I asked the doc if my husband had suffered a stroke or what ? Doc said "no". I asked WHAT IS WRONG ? Doc did NOT know. Fearing that my husband might not survive the night if his signs dropped lower, he decided to intubate him , and then the Doc gave him 4 TIMES the normal amount to sedate him. My husband immediately went into cardiac arrest , and efforts to revive him went on for 45 minutes until one of our Doctors arrived and he continued for some time later. We stood there and listened to the restarting of my husband's heart TWELVE times. I still hear those sounds ! After my husband died, Dr. Sauter said NOTHING to us, and his response to our Doctor was "want to go get a pizza ?" Not ONE word that he was sorry for our loss , or his own lack of expertise ! He thought only of his stomach !!!! What a lousy Doctor ! If he is your loved one's Doctor - Be aware -he does NOT care about his patients and will LIE to you as well. Choose your doctor carefully ! Our only satisfaction is that Dr. Sauter will suffer his just punishments in the next life ! We wonder how many other patients he has neglected ?? BEWARE of this man !

He was amazing and saved my husbands life. The actions he took during our emergency visit we spot on. He was incredibly compassionate. I am grateful he was there that horrible day.
