Same as the patient who was refused service by Dr. Liu, I was refused serivce by Dr Liu as well. To make it worst, she relayed to others that I'm troublesome. This is very unprofessional of Dr. Liu. I went to DrLiu because she is able to speak Chinese. However, I didn't find it helpfull because she was not able to address m y symptoms although I don't have complicated issues. She was restless when I explained my problems to her. I'm now with a doctor who is very knowledgeable and has a heart for her patients, although she can't speak Chinese. It's more important to have a doctor who is capable and their priority is to treat their patients

Not knowleageable, not patience to listen to my symtoms, always wants me to revisit her but without giving any substantive advice. At one time, she had asked me to stop a medication precribed by my previous doctor (who retired already) which should not be stopped. I was subsequantly asked by another doctor to continue with the medication. Never go back again

I am very sorry to say she is not knowledgble as she supposed to have as a family doctor. Most of time, she just agree with you what you mentioned. I don't think we will come to her any more. If you have serious issue, before you decide to see her, you may want to think it over again.

I am a patient with disabilities, and was refused service because of my predisposition. I'm sorry but i can't help my disability, and according to the Hippocratic Oath, doctors are to do no harm and help the patient to the best of their abilities. I feel very wronged here, and i hope patients have a good idea of who she is after reading this. Although Dr. Liu has good ratings, she discriminates on her patients and doesn't allow the patient to voice their concerns. She is very short tempered, authoritative, and unforgiving. I wish the best of luck to her, because this type of patient service is damaging to individuals and exemplifies the heartless ignorance some doctors harbor.

1.When we need the results of the tests, we have to go to her office to get them, because her fax machine doesn't work often.( This happened to me twice at least). My fax machine works very well, we test it. 2. Several months ago, after my husband took MRI of brain, we were very anxious about the result, but she didn't tell my husband the result on the phone. She said she was afraid not to explain it clearly on the phone, and asked us to make an appointment. Because my husband was very busy at that moment, he made an appointment one month later. When we met her in the office, she said it was not big issue, just needed to follow up in the future. We were lucky it was not a big issue. But We also confused why she couldn't tell us this on the phone, it was not complicated at all.

Extremely antiquated office equipment, no automation, strictly handwritten records. As others have said, not very knowledgeable. Shares half the office suite with elder ENT doctor. Will refer patients to him; seems like a conflict of interest. There's an on-site LabCorp employee to draw blood. Wonder what kind of relationship she has with the company.

Dr. Liu is friendly but her knowledge is lacking and doesn't know better. At times, I've learned more through the internet than her diagnosis. For routine check-ups, she's sufficient but I would go elsewhere for more serious issues.

Always made sure that I revisit her but not able to provide much helps on my health issues. Doesn't seem to be able to provide accurate diagnostic independently and can only refer me to specialists. I have found another doctor who is more knowledgeable, friendlier, and more helpful.
