Dr Hsu should not be a doctor.. I was in a hurry, went in to get a prescription for routine STD check.. ? His office is dirty, looks like a old hut. His front desk woman cant speak much English, nor can Dr Hsu speak much English.. First, they didnt tell me they dont take credit cards , its cash only. Second, they cant call Insurance and cross check coverage using SSN while everybody else can..when it comes to visual examination of my penis for chances of any infections/sores. He tries to stare at my penis without proper lights or gloves, finally he pulls out a old flashlight and couple gloves ..Then he says you have genital warts.. wasn't convinced, i went to a Urologist at the El Camino hospital, Los Gatos and he said, this is a perfectly healthy penis. Not only Hsu was terrible in his ways but also did a misdiagnosis. Thank god, i did not use any cream or pills as per his diagnosis. What a horrible experience..
