Not a bad doctor, but definately nothing special. She is fake nice, and rushes you out of the room. On my last visit, I told them I was in a hurry because I had to go to work, and was left in the room for 30 minutes before I walked out. She was in her office doing who knows what! My insurance changed and I will not be going back to her. One time they sent in the wrong prescription for me through mail order! It's not like it was a new medicine for me. The last prescription I asked for, never even got sent in. I understand human error can occur, but it's just ANNOYING.

Dr Hinchliffe is a very good internist, I use her for all of my gp needs, she is very attentive and open. I highly recomend her.I found her by default about 10 years agoand what a blessing. She beats Kaiser by along shot!

she uses off label anti depressants for "treatment" rather than useful narcotics for anxiety, or sleep. she is obviously in the pocket of big time antidepressant corporations. however she is really nice and really does seem to care.

She forgot she left me in the room for an hour. The receptionist failed to tell me I had an outstanding bill for over a year so I gained late fees. She does not spend any time with you in the room. She rushes to get you out and does not care. Very unhappy with this doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hinchliffe's for 20 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is genuinely concerned about your welfare, is thorough with her exams and preventative care and takes time to answer questions. Her staff is also very professional.

After my visit, there were billing issues due to Dr. Hinchcliffe filing costs under a different id instead of her contracted Aetna id. If for any reason, they ask you to pay out of the pocket and give you the paperwork to file it yourself even though your insurance covers it, don't do it. Office is small and a bit run down. Information about medication was incorrect. I wouldn't recommend this doctor for any mildly serious issue.
