Absolutely horrendous. This is literally the worst interaction I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Pamela Goode was over 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, which got me in trouble at my job since I ended up coming back late from lunch - for a TELEHEALTH appointment. Put on a shirt and turn your camera on, that's LITERALLY all that's required of you in order to "be on time". Dr. Pamela Goode did not even bother to look up at me or introduce herself during the visit, although I'd never met her before (& won't be seeing her again, for obvious reasons). She launched into intrusive, seemingly random questions thay had no bearing on the reason I was there (for an annual physical), as far as I could tell, and when I asked why she was asking them she steadfastly ignored me or rudely talked over me to ask another question. She then announced that she was going to be changing my prescriptions and dosages... after a 5 MINUTE CONVERSATION. Mind you, she was referring to medicines I've been taking for years - none of which were prescribed or monitored by her. I then began asking her my own questions, & in doing so found out that she had NO idea what my dosages currently were, who prescribed my meds, how long I'd been taking them, what they had been prescribed for, or if those dosages & meds had ever been adjusted before. When I asked her to tell me the reasons for her to change my meds, after pointing this out, she backpedaled & tried to say she had to consult with another random doctor & she'd "get back to me", avoiding answering me over & over until I walked out on her. Don't waste your time. She is unprofessional, ignorant, rude, and completely clueless. It's also VERY obvious that the one 5 star rating she has on the internet that says the Goode doctor is "absolutely perfect in everything she does in life" came from her.
