Was with patient who had excellent care and so pleased with his compassion, thoroughness and ability to listen to her concerns. While we spent the better part of the day in the ER left with feelings of gratitude for the time spent there.

Rude and condescending. Gives inadequate care. Doesn't listen to patients wishes or what they already know about their condition at all.
