So I finally got in to see Dr. Boosey after a 7 weeks wait ! (must be popular) and … he was awesome! I felt very comfortable talking to him about all my stuff and felt very safe there. He was a great listener and had a lot of knowledge about treatment options. Glad I found someone I can trust who knows what he is doing.

Looks like someone is trolling this doctor! Pretty funny…unless you are him. Got his name from multiple reliable sources. I’m going to schedule with him for an assessment and will post a review after I see him.

Got this recommendation from a friend. He’s really good. Very respectful and caring. He has allowed me to bring in my boyfriend to discuss some relationship issues at times. Seems to know what approach to recommend. He referred me to a different counselor for a specific type of treatment while I still see him for medications. Hope this helps.

Be aware female patients. He will manipulate you and will leave you traumatized and depressed. Be careful. He’s got issues with female patients. He comes on to beautiful female patients and then blames them for being too needy. He would stare at me, become sexually inappropriate , when I would address transference, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. He needs help. I thought I did something wrong for so many years. But it was actually him who caused major PTSD trauma

We moved into the Raleigh area several years ago and were looking for someone to address the needs of our son. Having seen a few doctors out of state we were familiar with the drill and how things work. I can say that we have been tremendously pleased with the service provided by Dr. Boosey with his gentle approach and professionalism. We certainly feel we are in good hands with this psychiatrist.

To the woman who left a comment on Oct 8th 2016, you are absolutely correct and I believe you. This Dr. stared at my body parts and acted like he was into me. When I mentioned transference he acted dumb and said he doesn’t deal with erotic transference. Ha really?? But yet you have no problem looking at my body. He said he had no idea what personality disorders were but yet now says he doesn’t deal with Borderlines anymore ha. He’s a narcissistic Dr. Preying on women. And narcissists Love Attractive Borderlines. When you call him out, he tries to terminate the relationship with him. I think he became a child psychiatrist so he won’t get reported to the board after hitting on attractive women patients. He’s a liar and a fraud. And boy does he get angry. My new therapist wants nothing to do with him after seeing what he unprofessionally did to me. I have suffered incredibly from this man’s wrongdoings years later. His wife needs to know what he’s doing at work. This is sadly the truth.
