He has been my PCP for 25 years & is now my husbands and adult children. He is an excellent physician and takes time to diagnose and run tests. His bed side manner is polite & professional, yet he is light and approachable. All around nice guy and can tell he cares. Is he going to be point on every time? No, he's a PCP, he's not a specialist and he sends me to one when asked, without an appointment at times. He hasn't been off the mark much. Medicine is a "practice". I agree the front desk has gotten a bit gruff and in disarray but his assistants are great and been there by his side for years as well. He's been spot on for most part for decades. One area he could improve is focusing on histories bit better to not miss running needed tests.

I love Dr. Brysacz, he spends a lot of time with his patients and answers all of your questions. He also tries his best to figure out what is wrong and will refer out if need be. My only complaint is his staff. His front desk staff is horrible-especially the older woman. The entire office is very stuck up. I have thought many of times about changing doctors because of the staff but Dr. Brysacz makes up for it every time. I just have to remind myself to ignore the employees to have a good doctor. If he would look into his employees and rehire or retrain it would be an ideal office.

Dr B is the best ever. I am sorry that I have to change Docter's because of a change in insurance coverage. He is attentive, helpful, and discusses options for care.

Not very impressed with Dr. Brysacz. He didn't seem interested in my health and several times made jokes about my symptoms. As a result, I became very uncomfortable with him as my PCP. I eventually switched to a new doctor who is much better.

Two weeks ago I had to wait over an hour in the exam room for the Dr. to arrive. Generally my experiences have been ok, but there seems to be some inconsistency in treatment/diagnosis.

He is our family practitioner so he sees all of us. I have always found the doctor and his staff to be kind, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would and do recommend him to others.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Brysacz - his new office management is another story. She actually sends threatening letters to you if you miss an appointment! How rude. I will speak to the Dr. about this next week. On the other hand, I never have a problem getting an appointment with the NP (nurse profectionals?) and they seem very knowelegable. They don't give me any grief when refilling medications, either.

The only good thing about this practice is the NP, Janice. Ofc staff is disorganized, rude, and doesn't follow thru. They forget to pass on messages, forget to call you back, etc. I've gone in for several things & never did see the Dr, just the NP (she's very good so just as well). Once I finally got to leave a msg for the Dr when I was seeking a simple lab test that isn't done in their office. He argued about having an office visit before going to the lab even though he agreed the test was a good idea - he just thought it would be "a good idea" -- he just wanted that fee. I've changed PCPs and would only consider going back here if there weren't better choices. If you can put up with the office staff and don't need to actually see the Dr, the Nurse Practitioner (Janice) is very, very good.

He is my PCP,and for years he haas minimalized and dismissed my symptoms. He has also consisitantly misdiagnosed me. I had to refer myself to a neurologist after he said I didn't hafve a concussion, and I did. One night in severe pain he was on call and tlod my husband it wouldn't do any good to go to the ER. I did anyway, to save my life. I had Pancreatitus, and they had to remove my gall bladder. There have been more instances. Why is sitll my primary? I'm afraid to ge an even worse one

The doctor finds excuses to not give referrals or referrs you to lowsy doctors. He also misdiagnoses regularly which has lead to dangerous consequences twice.
