Dr. Ransom is both kind and knowledgeable. One of those doctors who knows how to think outside the box and has many many tricks up her sleeves. Flexible and adaptable in her thinking, treating each patient as an individual. She has come up with solutions that have been quite effective that no other doctor ever suggested. And she listens to her patients; you feel like you are part of a team when you see her. She's interested in learning from her patients as well; if you mention something useful that she was not aware of, she seems very appreciative. And one time when i desperately needed triggerpoint injections and they were booked several weeks out, she used her lunchbreak to fit me in; i am incredibly appreciative of that.
