Dr Champion is a leader in OBGYN and is very kind, knowledge and patient. She takes the time to listen to her patients and their concerns.

I finally went to an OBGYN appointment for an overdue pap smear, and to get my very first pelvic exam. I wasn't exactly looking forward to it! Personally, I thought she was really great, she knew it was my first exam, told me what was going on, and answered any questions I had. Of course, since it was my first visit she's the only OB I've ever had, but I work around doctors everyday, and she was was really great with her bedside manner. Plus, she was much better in answering any questions I had than my PCP, whose own beside manner could use some work. Anyway, I thought she was really good for a first pelvic and will continue seeing her, and if I still live in the area she'll be delivering my kids too! However, as with any doctor's visit the doctor won't actually see you at your appointment time, I think I was seen about half an hour after my time, and at Care for Women you're supposed to show up 30 minutes early, so all in all an OBGYN visit at this practice will take some time!

I am surprised to read some of the other comments that are listed on this site. My experience with Dr. Champion was nothing like any of the previous reviews. I felt that she did not individualize anything in her care and does nothing to make you feel like an important patient. She seemed very rushed at each appointment, and would not take the time to answer my questions that I would bring in a notebook. She doesn't listen to input from her patients, and seems offended if you question anything or have concerns that she feels differently about. The staff in the office are very rude (her nurse and secretaries at the front desk). Overall, I had a terrible experience and would never recommend this doctor or choose her to deliver any of my children.

i absolutely love Dr. Champion, I just found out that I am pregnant and have had a few visits with her, I am content that I choose Dr. Champion as my OB/GYN. She is amazing, she answers all your questions, she has great concern about your health and other problems that you maybe facing. We are very happy. thanks Dr. Champion.

Very dedicated Dr. that answered all our question, was open and considerate to our personal request, and had a very caring personality. Thank you Dr. Champion for being with us throughout the whole pregnancy and treating us like family! Cody & Beth R.

When I was pregnant with my son, I was so scared I was going to get a doctor that was there just to do his/her job, one that wasn't really going to care about me. Doctor Champion is not that doctor! She is super nice and friendly. She helped me get through my pregnancy and son's birth comfortably. She takes her time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. If I could go to Dr. Champion for my regular PCP doctor, instead of just for OBGYN, I definitely would!
